End of week 12

Good signs. The soreness in calf muscles and achilles finally left. On Sunday, end of week, no pain.

I will spend the next week doing calf and achilles exercises before I try recommence running.

Although the previous posts have been calling a problem with my calf muscles I found out that a lot of the problem is with the achilles, particularly at the top of the achilles where it joins in with the calf muscles. And I was told that an achilles injury can be caused by stiff calf muscles, so now I can see the reason for calf and achilles exercising and stretching as part of the training routine.
