Sticking to the training. 3 times a week with 30 minutes each time. As I get more used to it I increase the time and speed a bit, so what started off as 4k is now 4.5k, and the speed is 8ks/hr and increasing to 8.1ks/hr half way through the run, so the time is a bit over 30 minutes. I keep this up to the end of week 7 then I speak to Josh again and get some new instructions.
