End of week 4

I have decided to make regular reports at the end of each training week. So this week, as it says in the previous blog, I am using a new long term training method designed to get my legs into running condition.

I trained Tuesday, Thursday and today Saturday doing 30 minutes at 8km per hour each time. So far there has been no sign of pain in my legs.
